Location is amazing with every room having a great ocean view. Pillows were uncomfortable and I wished for more. Clean indoor pool was a bonus for chilly days. Parking was a bit tricky during peak times. Loved being close to the beach and nearby bike rentals. a solid spot.

Oceanfront views from the balcony were amazing, perfect for early morning coffee. The Wi-Fi was pretty unreliable. Beach access was super easy, and bike rentals were available nearby.

The hotel offers stunning ocean views and is just steps away from the beach, making it a perfect base for exploring Virginia Beach; you can easily stroll to popular attractions like the Boardwalk and Neptune's Park in no time, and there are plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away giving you endless dining options; the staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms are cozy with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay but I've noticed some areas in need of a little attention, like the bathroom cleanliness and bedding comfort which could be improved.

The bed was firm, which suited my back well. The temperature control worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable throughout my stay. I loved the spacious jacuzzi, allowing me to soak while enjoying the ocean view and watching TV. Soft, white towels were plentiful, adding a touch of luxury. The noise level was surprisingly low, even with the hotel being fully booked. the cleanliness could be improved; there were minor cleanliness issues in the kitchenette area. The room included helpful amenities, like a mini fridge and coffee maker, but I found no coffee supplies, which was a small inconvenience.

The staff here are exceptional-truly the most amazing and friendly group I've encountered. The cozy, homey rooms offer a refreshing departure from typical big-name hotels. The oceanfront view is stunning, and having a private jacuzzi was a treat. Requests were met effortlessly, like an early check-in and room assignment. Location is ideal, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the hotel is in need of some updates: parking is limited, and my daughter's allergy flared due to some dust and dirt in the room. The small bathroom left much to be desired, lacking grab bars and adequate drainage. Despite its shortcomings, the inviting atmosphere keeps us coming back. A few adjustments would elevate this experience significantly.

Had a blast at the Sea Salt Grill with top-notch staff and fantastic ocean views. The private balcony overlooking the beach was a dream come true. The luxurious amenities in the room were a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort.

Room cleanliness was disappointing, with visible stains and lackluster towels. The presence of a bird nest outside our balcony hindered the full enjoyment of the view.

I appreciated having a sitting area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of activities. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a great convenience, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. there were some areas that definitely needed improvement. The room lacked free toiletries, which was a bit disappointing as I had to remember to bring my own. The absence of an AM/FM alarm clock meant I had to rely on my phone for waking up on time. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch, although the carpeted floor seemed a bit worn out. One aspect that really stood out was the lack of laundry facilities on-site. It would have been convenient to have access to laundry services, especially during a longer stay. my experience at the Capes was okay, but there are definitely some areas that could use attention.
